1. Prices and sales conditions

1.1 Prices on quotations and invoices are net selling prices after agreed discounts.

1.2 Orders placed for non-standard items will be charged to the customer and cannot be canceled.

1.3 All items are sold in sales package quantities or multiples thereof.

2. Acceptance of order

2.1 Acceptance of a customer order is limited to the expressed terms and conditions contained herein. Additional or different terms are deemed material and are objected to and rejected. All variances in the terms of the description, quantity, price or delivery schedule of the goods are subject to Hilti's acceptance.

3. Payment and credit terms

3.1 All goods and services sold on credit are subject to credit department approval.

3.2 Accounts exceeding agreed payment terms will be put on hold. Orders may be delayed during this time as they will be subject to approval.

4. Delivery discrepancies

4.1 In case where there are discrepancies noted at time of delivery, a complaint shall be provided by the customer to Hilti Customer Services either by email or phone and make a specific note on delivery note.

4.2 Any delivery discrepancies need to be notified to Hilti within 7 working days of delivery.

5. Returns policy

5.1 Returns up to 30 days from date of invoice are accepted by Hilti Saudi Arabia with full credit note subject to all conditions under Returns Policy.

5.2 Goods must have been supplied directly by Hilti Saudi Arabia, be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging in unbroken quantity and subject to inspection.

5.3 Chemical products (with an expiry date) cannot be accepted back.

5.4 “Non-standard" products are not accepted as returns.

5.5 Goods cannot be returned where they have been purchased as part of an order where product has been given free of charge as demonstration tool or a promotion offer.

5.6 The material returned may be a portion or all of the items sold on given order.

5.7 Hilti Saudi Arabia reserves the right to reject any return order that not compliant with its internal policy.

5.8 Proof of purchase is required for all returned materials.

5.9 All returns must be communicated to Hilti customer service department; no return shall be accepted by Hilti employees in person.

6. Repairs Policy

6.1 All tools submitted for repair must be collected from designated Hilti Center within 30 days from the date of delivery after which Hilti Saudi Arabia shall not be accountable with regard to the loss or damage of the tool.

6.2 Hilti reserves the right to dispose of at its own discretion any uncollected tools remaining in Hilti possession for more than 3 (three) months after services rendered date.

6.3 Tools subject to unapproved quotations or where the quotation has expired will be returned to the customer in a disassembled state

6.4 Hilti reserves the right to hold the repair or decline to repair if the account receivable of the customer exceeds 60 days from the agreed payment terms until such dues are cleared.

7. Hilti Lifetime Service.

7.1 Hilti offers lifetime warranty against any materials or Manufacturing defects.

7.2 No repair costs for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes labor costs, transport costs, faulty parts subject to wear & tear and servicing when indicated by the service indicator on the tool.

7.3 After no cost period, Hilti sets a repair cost limit for the entire life of the product.

7.3.1 Around 25% of the current list price of the corresponding new product.

7.3.2 Should the cost of the repair remain below the limit, pay only the actual cost.

7.3.3 Quality guaranteed: For 1 month after every paid repair, you benefit from the same free-of-charge service you would have with a new product.

8. Contact Details Update

8.1 It is the customers’ responsibility to update all required contact information such as business email address, mobile numbers, landline, and fax, whenever it is changed.


All times or dates given for delivery of the Goods are given in good faith, and time for delivery shall not be of the essence. HILTI shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.
