2. Measuring tools and Heavy Diamond tools (wall saws, wire saws) are not included
3. Weekends and all public holidays are not included
4. Customer delays are not included (no phone answer, nobody to receive tool etc.)
5. Outskirt deliveries are not included
6. More than 10 tool repair approvals at once are not included
7. Force Majeure events are not included
