In line with the Saudi government continuous efforts and directions ensuring our safety and wellbeing in the situation of COVID-19 ,

We are writing to you to assure that we are taking all measures to maintain our normal service level, while protecting our employees and your respective employees from the risk of Infection

In addition, please see below few updates for our services


Sales Channels:

Account Managers: Our teams will still be visiting your unrestricted project sites during your working hours, and strictly following all hygiene precautions.

Hilti Stores:  Starting 29th April we can serve you in all our stores except Makkah. Open Hours from 09:30-15:30.

Customer Service: all our agents are operating normally from 8:00 - 16:00 through our Hotline (8001200013) and emails

Hilti online: We strongly encourage you and your teams to utilize our Hilti online for all your purchases.


Technical Services:

  • Our technical team will still be visiting your unrestricted project sites to ensure same level of engineering services and strictly following all hygiene precautions
  • We will remain reachable through for any technical question
  • We encourage you to join all our planned webinars


Repair Services:

Tool Service Center: We will operate normally and we dont expect any service delay. You can book your repaire via:

Delivery Services:

  • Available products are expected to be delivered on time with slight delay in few locations (maximum one day)
  • Materials ordered by air takes around one month to be received due to lack of flights availability.


Invoicing delivery & Payment method:

  • Invoice delivery: We will submit our invoices electronically together with the signed delivery notes to the registered email address, Register here
  • In case you have any issue related to our invoices, please send us email to
  • Our dedicated finance specialists will contact you through phone and email to make sure that all your concerns are addressed
  • We encourage you to process all the payments through bank transfers (In this challenging time minimizing use of paper instruments (cash and cheques) is considered among necessary precautionary measures urged by the Ministry of Health along with instructions issued by Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority to limit the spread of the virus
