In line with the Saudi government continuous efforts and directions ensuring our safety and wellbeing in the situation of COVID-19 , We assure that we are taking all measures to maintain our normal service level, while protecting our employees and your respective employees from the risk of Infection

Sales Channels:

  • Account Managers: Our teams will still be visiting your unrestricted project sites and strictly following all hygiene precautions
  • Hilti Stores: Opening Hours for all stores around kingdom will be 9:00-16:00. Please visit www.hilti.sa to find your nearest store
  • Customer Service: all our agents are operating normally through our Hotline (8001200013) and email: SA.customerservice@hilti.com
  • Hilti Online: We strongly encourage you and your teams to utilize our Hilti online for all your purchases. www.hilti.sa

 

Technical Services:

  • Our technical team will still be visiting your unrestricted project sites to ensure same level of engineering services and strictly following all hygiene precautions
  • We will remain reachable through Ask.Hilti.ae for any technical question
  • We encourage you to join all our planned webinars

 

Repair Services:

  • Tool Service Center: will still operate normally and we don’t expect any service delay
 

Delivery Services:

  • Our products are expected to be delivered on time with slight delay in few locations (maximum one day)

 

Invoicing delivery & Payment method:

  • Invoice delivery: We will submit our invoices electronically together with the signed delivery notes to the registered email address
  • In case you have any issue related to our invoices, please send us email to billing.sateam@hilti.com
  • Our dedicated finance specialists will contact you through phone and email to make sure that all your concerns are addressed
  • We encourage you to process all the payments through bank transfers (In this challenging time minimizing use of paper instruments (cash and cheques) is considered among necessary precautionary measures urged by the Ministry of Health along with instructions issued by Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority to limit the spread of the virus

We are fully prepared to provide all the support and assistance to enable our customers to benefit from digital channels.
